Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead or supervise on the shop floor and train team members.
• Attend daily stand-up meetings with Supervisor.
• Coordinate with Supervisor to reallocate resources to meet goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure workflow.
• Be point of contact for employee escalations.
• Support 6S audits and implement changes from audits.
• Monitor attendance, KPI, and SLA performance; escalate issues.
