Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Weekend Material Handler in Kansas City, KS to support production and logistics by handling, moving, and loading materials. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to lead processes and train teammates.

The position runs Fri-Sun, 6:00am–6:00pm, at 9820 Leavenworth Rd. You’ll read pick lists, manage inventory, and operate equipment to keep lines supplied and efficient.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification required; Combi-Lift certification preferred.
• Experience with logistics, receiving, and inventory control is advantageous.
• Ability to read assembly instructions and operate scanners/computers.

Responsibilities

• Read, sort and process complete orders.
• Attach labels and tags to products and packages.
• Load and unload trucks and assist with warehouse upkeep.
• Operate forklift and power tools as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory and participate in cross-training.
• Promote safety and report hazards; support training of new team members.
