Job summary

Accupac is seeking a Cardboard Handler to join the warehouse team in Mainland, PA. The role operates baler equipment, processes cardboard scrap, and prepares baled bundles for shipment on a 2nd shift (Wed-Sun, 3p-11p). A high school diploma or GED is required, with 2+ years in manufacturing preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate baler equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and process scrap cardboard into the baler machine.
• Create and remove baled bundles of cardboard.
• Identify reusable boxes and stack, band, and prepare for shipment.
• Support housekeeping and cleanliness across production areas.
• Follow safety procedures and report concerns to supervisors.
• Perform duties in compliance with GMP and SOPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
