Lockheed Martin is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a weekend shift on the THAAD program in Camden, Arkansas. You will help design and improve manufacturing processes, supporting the production floor and cross-functional teams to enhance reliability and cost-effectiveness.

The role involves developing tooling and equipment designs, using Creo/SolidWorks, and driving process improvements in a dynamic environment that values safety and quality. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Aerospace, or related discipline from an accredited college or equivalent experience/education.
• Entry level understanding of basic hand tools and GD&T.
• Proficiency or experience with AutoCAD, CREO, SolidWorks, or similar modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Develop tooling and equipment designs from engineering hardware specs and create technical data packages defining tooling and assembly.
• Design/documentation using Creo / SolidWorks per company standards.
• Provide engineering support to production floor for issues affecting daily integration processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
• Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and systems.
