Job summary

Marzetti Company seeks an experienced maintenance technician for weekend nights (Fri–Sun, 5:00pm–5:00am). Pay ranges from $33.69 to $43.76 per hour, with responsibilities across preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment upgrades to improve overall equipment efficiency.

You will work with operators and management to execute process improvements, service conveyors and packaging equipment, and ensure safety standards are met in a food-service manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2 year mechanical and electrical degree preferred or 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with cleaning chemicals in an industrial environment is desirable.
• Ability to read and comprehend instruction sheets associated with chemicals; basic mechanical skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to maintain equipment efficiency.
• Disassemble/assemble equipment for installation and repair; troubleshoot on production lines.
• Support operators to keep production lines running and implement process improvements.
