Job summary

Grande Shores Resort is seeking a part-time Maintenance Dispatcher to efficiently dispatch calls to and from technicians across the property and to perform basic Engineering Department office tasks. The role requires strong data entry, multitasking, and clear interdepartmental communication.

Qualifications

• Maintain and update the work order system following procedure/policy.
• Delegate duties and projects with consistent follow-up and in coordination with the manager for daily tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Promptly resolve any guest complaints or issues.
• Communicate effectively and promptly between departments.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch calls to and from technicians throughout the property.
• Handle basic office duties for the Engineering Department.
• Receive and store inventory according to standards and maintain property inventory records.
