You will perform cleaning, turnover prep, floor care, and assist with move-ins, ensuring units are ready for new residents and common spaces remain safe and well maintained.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance work orders as assigned
• Assist with apartment turnovers and move in preparations
• Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance tasks
• Help maintain building grounds, common areas and equipment
• Operate carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning equipment
• Deep clean apartments, common and resident spaces as needed
• Clean furniture, walls, baseboards, vent and other surfaces beyond routine housekeeping
• Assist with floor care projects
• Help prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• Help cover housekeeping when necessary
