Job summary

The Gallery at Broomfield is seeking a hands-on maintenance assistant to perform routine upkeep and preventive tasks across the property in Goodyear, AZ. You will handle basic repairs, floor care, cleaning and preparation of units to ensure comfortable living spaces for residents.

Responsibilities include maintaining common areas, operating cleaning equipment, deep cleaning as needed, and covering housekeeping duties to keep the property in top condition for new and current residents.

• Complete routine maintenance work orders as assigned
• Assist with apartment turnovers and move in preparations
• Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance tasks
• Help maintain building grounds, common areas and equipment
• Operate carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning equipment
• Deep clean apartments, common and resident spaces as needed
• Clean furniture, walls, baseboards, vent and other surfaces beyond routine housekeeping
• Assist with floor care projects
• Help prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• Help cover housekeeping when necessary
