Job summary

The role requires 5+ years CNC machining experience and 2+ years of leadership, with lean manufacturing knowledge and strong communication skills. Weekend 12-hour shifts available, with Fridays through Sundays having shifts. SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five+ years CNC machining operations experience.
• Two+ years leading a CNC machine shop team.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to set priorities with limited supervision.
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with G code programming and editing.

• Monitor machine utilization, efficiency, scrap rates and OEE.

You will coach team members, solve daily production challenges, and help improve how work gets done. You will also gain experience leading people, managing priorities, and supporting continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Weekend Shift Details

• Weekend Nights - 12 hr. shifts- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Weekend Days - 12 hr. shifts- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
