Hitachi Energy is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations on our Weekend Night Shift (Friday - Sunday 4:30PM - 5AM) in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will lead a skilled team of maintenance professionals responsible for supporting critical production and facility equipment. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence by coordinating maintenance activities, optimizing equipment performance, and developing strategies that improve productivity, quality, and safety. You will partner closely with operations, engineering, quality, and safety teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance initiatives and long-term reliability improvements.

  • Support budgeting, labor planning, inventory management, and capital improvement initiatives.

  • Develop team capabilities through training, coaching, succession planning, and career development activities.

Your background
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant maintenance, manufacturing, or industrial experience.

  • Previous supervisory, team leadership, or people management experience.

  • Experience supporting high-performing teams and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work across shifts and support occasional weekend operations as needed.
