Job summary

Green Oaks Nursing & Rehabilitation in Arlington, TX seeks a licensed LVN for PRN weekend shifts (2 PM–10 PM). You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor patient status, and support physicians and RNs under supervision.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential to ensure safety and quality of care. Requirements include an active Texas LVN license, completion of a vocational nursing program, BLS certification, and the ability to work double weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LVN license in Texas.
• Completion of an accredited vocational nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work specified double weekend shifts (2 PM–10 PM).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
• Assist physicians and RNs with procedures and assessments during weekend shifts.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and communicate with patients, families, and team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with policies.
• Report changes in patient condition to supervising staff in a timely manner.
