The LVN ensures that patients' needs are met efficiently during weekend shifts, contributing to continuous and consistent care. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during the designated hours. Ultimately, the LVN supports the healthcare team in promoting patient well-being and safety while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in Texas.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Proven ability to work the specified double weekend shifts from 2 PM to 10 PM.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience managing patient care during weekend or evening shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and documenting patient information accurately.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with healthcare policies and infection control standards.
  • Report any changes in patient condition or concerns to the supervising nurse or physician in a timely manner.
