Job summary
Lakewest Rehabilitation and Skilled Care in Dallas, TX is seeking a motivated LVN Charge Nurse to join our weekend night shift team. You will provide vital nursing care to residents and help coordinate daily care plans.
This role requires an active LVN license and a compassionate, detail-oriented approach to patient care. Weekend availability and experience in long-term care are a plus. Interviews are being held on weekdays.
Qualifications
- Active LVN license in good standing.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
- Weekend night shift availability.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents on weekends.
- Monitor vital signs and administer medications as prescribed.
- Coordinate with care team to ensure quality of care.
