Job summary

Green Oaks Nursing & Rehabilitation in Arlington, TX is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for PRN weekend coverage. The LVN will deliver direct patient care, monitor health status, administer medications, and assist with procedures under supervision.

Qualifications

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment per policies.
• Report changes in patient condition to supervising staff promptly.
