Job summary

BrightStar Care is seeking a Skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for weekend shifts to join our home health team in Texas. You will provide skilled nursing visits to patients in their homes, including wound care and medication administration, ensuring compassionate, patient-centered care.

This PRN role requires at least 1 year of LVN experience and an active Texas LVN license. Reliable transportation is expected to travel between visits, with support from our local BrightStar Care agency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of LVN experience.
• Active Texas LVN license in good standing.
• Wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities
