Qualifications

• Prior concierge, front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional, welcoming lobby presence at all times.
• Greet residents and guests, manage visitor access, and announce arrivals.
• Answer and route phone calls with proper etiquette.
• Handle packages, deliveries, and key control according to property procedures.
• Monitor building access and follow security protocols.
• Assist residents with requests, reservations, and general inquiries.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports for incidents, visitors, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with property management and elevate issues when needed.
• Ensure the front desk and lobby remain clean, organized, and presentable.
