Stratton Amenities in Naples, FL seeks an Overnight Concierge / Front Desk Agent to represent the community during overnight hours at a luxury residential high-rise. Deliver anticipatory, hospitality-driven service while supporting overnight operations and ensuring security.

The role requires calm professionalism and strong situational awareness. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in guest service, exceptional communication, and a discreet, client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in guest or resident service in hospitality or luxury settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a professional demeanor.
• Calm, reliable, and discreet; strong problem-solving under overnight conditions.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Welcome residents and guests with warmth and discretion during overnight hours.
• Serve as primary overnight front desk representative and contact for the community.
• Deliver anticipatory, hospitality-driven service while managing overnight operations.
• Conduct routine walkthroughs of common areas and amenities for cleanliness and safety.
• Monitor lobby activity, cameras, and access points to maintain security.
• Respond calmly to resident concerns (noise, access, disturbances) and escalate per protocol.
• Document incidents and shift logs with clear, detailed notes; provide handoff to daytime team.
