Job summary

Iris Memory Care of Tulsa is seeking a strong LPN to serve as Weekend Supervisor and Staffing Coordinator for a small assisted living community. This salaried role reports to the Wellness Director and focuses on staffing, onboarding, and daily operations to ensure residents receive high-quality care.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years working with older adults, an LPN license in OK, and a commitment to growth as a manager.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with OK Board of Nursing.
• Minimum two to four years experience working with older adults.
• Ability to communicate and work with all levels of IRIS Team Members and IRIS ownership/management staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Weekend Manager on Duty and Staffing Coordinator.
• Participate in staff development programs to expand abilities and grow as a manager.
• Review staff schedules and service delivery tasks with Executive Director/Wellness Director.
• Assist with orientation of new staff and onboarding of new hires.
• Assist with ADLs, dining services, life enrichment programs, laundry, housekeeping and meal services.
