Iris Memory Care of Tulsa is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as Weekend Supervisor and Staffing Coordinator for our small dementia-focused assisted living community. Qualifications

• Minimum two to four years experience working with older adults.
• 12+ years of education preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with the OK Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Weekend Manager on Duty and Staffing Coordinator.
• Participates in staff development programs to expand abilities.
• Onboard and orient new hires in collaboration with Human Resources.
• Review staff schedules with Wellness Director/Executive Director.
• Assist with activities of daily living and care tasks while promoting independence.
