Job summary

ClearView Healthcare Management is hiring Day Shift Weekend LPNs and RNs for our Midtown Memphis center. This role provides skilled nursing care, administers medications, supervises CNAs, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to meet residents’ needs.

The position emphasizes leadership, clinical skills, and attention to detail in a supportive environment. Weekend shifts are 7:00am–3:00pm, Saturday and Sunday, with a community-focused culture that values teamwork and growth.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in Tennessee.
• At least 1 year of LPN or RN experience in a Long-term Care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consults and coordinates with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Prepares and administers medications (orally, subcutaneously, through an IV) and records prescribed meds; reports adverse reactions as required.
• Records patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitors and adjusts specialized equipment used on patients; interprets electronic displays.
• Initiates corrective action when the patient shows adverse symptoms.
• Provides bedside care for a wide variety of medical patients.
• Changes dressings, inserts catheters, starts IVs.
• Prepares equipment and aids physician during examinations and treatments.
• Responds to life-saving situations according to nursing standards and protocol.
• Participates in discharge planning.
• Utilizes time management skills.
• Records all care information concisely and timely in the appropriate format.
