Job summary
ClearView Healthcare Management is seeking compassionate CNAs for a weekend shift (7a–7p) at our Midtown Memphis location. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, resident-centered care and supporting mobility, daily living activities, and monitoring changes in condition.

Qualifications
- At least one year of CNA experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
- Current state CNA certification required.
Responsibilities
- Attend to residents' daily living needs (bathing, feeding, dressing, ambulating).
- Take and record vital signs; assist with lifting, moving, and transporting residents.
- Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to nurse management.
- Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
- Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
- Assist the nurse with duties as directed.
