Job summary

Midtown Center for Health and Rehabilitation in Memphis is seeking dedicated Day Shift Weekend LPNs and RNs to join our nursing team. Qualifications

• Current LPN/RN license in the state of Tennessee (or ability to obtain)
• At least one year of LPN or RN experience in a Long-term Care Setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Consults with the healthcare team to plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans
• Prepares and administers medications and records treatments in accordance with policy
• Monitors patient status, vital signs and responds to changes
• Assists with discharge planning and patient education
