Job summary

The Arc of Bristol County seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide medical care for residents in the ABI Residential setting. You will administer medications, coordinate with the ABI Coordinator, RN Manager, and residential staff, and monitor health status during shifts.

Position requires MA LPN licensure and at least two years' experience with individuals with developmental or behavioral needs. Weekend availability is required; full benefits are available for eligible hours.

Qualifications

• MA LPN licensure is required.
• Minimum of two years with individuals with DD/ID and/or ABI.
• Comprehensive nursing knowledge.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and medical treatments during shifts.
• Coordinate with the ABI Coordinator, RN Manager, and residential staff.
• Monitor residents' health status and respond to needs.
• Communicate professionally with team, families, and supervisors.
• Support residents in achieving independence and safety.
• Complete required documentation and reporting.
