Berkshire Family And Individual Resources is seeking an ABI/MFP LPN in West Stockbridge, MA. The role involves providing support to individuals with disabilities in various daily activities and focusing on their independence.
The ideal candidate will be licensed as a Practical Nurse in Massachusetts and have at least 2 years of experience in direct care. The position operates on a shift from 3PM to 11PM, ensuring essential support and quality of life for residents.
The ABI/MFP LPN is primarily responsible for providing various support to individuals with disabilities in a group home setting. The LPN assists individuals in all areas of daily living including personal care, housekeeping, cooking and recreational activities. The LPN provides medical treatment beyond the scope of a MAP certified direct care staff. Work closely with individuals to help them become as independent as possible in order to meet their own personal goals. Assist individuals to find as well as participate in community activities they enjoy while encouraging community membership as well as individual interests.

License by the MA Board of Nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse and have 2 years’ experience in the direct care of the elderly or disabled.
Ability to complete all initial and ongoing background checks including but not limited to: CORI, SORI, Fingerprinting, LEIE, Driving record, E-verify, Physical, PPD and licensing and/or certification checks (i.e., nursing). Valid US driver’s license and ready access to a vehicle.
