Responsibilities

• Prepares, monitors, and administers medication to Residents.
• Assist Residents diagnosed with diabetes at regular intervals.
• Review notes in Resident Service Plans Binder and logs with staff and directors.
• Review Medication Administration Records for accuracy.
• Create a new plan of care for Residents returning from hospital.
• File Resident files and Medication Checklists.
• Schedule medical appointments and transportation for Residents.
