Job summary

Help At Home, LLC is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for weekend day shifts in Horn Lake, MS. The role involves 1:1 patient support according to the care plan and documentation of tasks and observations.

Qualifications

Current Mississippi (or Compact State) LPN or RN license.
Current BLS Certification.
Must comply with state background screening requirements.
TB skin test (current within 12 months).
One (1) or more years' nursing experience.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Current Auto Insurance in your name.

Responsibilities

Adhere to the outlined care plan.
Documenting tasks, observations and assessments.
Ensure quality care is delivered by creating, implementing, monitoring and enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures.
Receive clinical direction and oversight from the Lead RN.
Assist with other duties as needed Examples: working with PO feeds, seizure precautions, medications and ADL's.
