Job summary

Help at Home, LLC in Fulton, MS is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for weekend day shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). You will provide one-on-one in-home nursing care to a client, following an outlined care plan and delivering compassionate support in a home setting.

The role requires an active Mississippi LPN or RN license, BLS, and at least one year of nursing experience; drivers license and reliable transportation are also needed.

Qualifications

• Current Mississippi (or Compact State) LPN or RN license.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Must comply with state background screening requirements.
• TB skin test current within 12 months.
• One or more years of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Current Auto Insurance in your name.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the outlined care plan.
• Documenting tasks, observations and assessments.
• Ensure quality care by creating, implementing, monitoring, and enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Receive clinical direction and oversight from the Lead RN.
• Assist with other duties as needed Examples: working with PO feeds, seizure precautions, medications and ADL's.
