00 RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for weekend-prn, onsite in Murfreesboro, TN. The role is part-time with a Saturday-Sunday 6pm–6am schedule and a pay rate of $31.33 per hour.

Responsibilities include providing holistic nursing care to individuals with IDD, supporting the RN, administering medications, and training unlicensed staff. Must maintain active licensure and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited licensed nurse program.
• Current nursing license with no restrictions to practice nursing.
• Current CPR Certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with Interdisciplinary Team Members, as well as the people supported and their families.
• Must be able to work independently, be organized, and possess the ability to prioritize work tasks.
• Physical requirements include: ability to regularly lift 20 pounds. Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds. Must be able to pull a minimum of 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Provide holistic nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Assist the Registered Nurse in delivering quality nursing services to persons supported
• Provide health related training to unlicensed personnel
• Administer medications and treatments or assist the person supported with medication administration
• Assist with ensuring preventative and routine medical appointments are scheduled
• Conduct medication closest assessments
• Collect health related data
• Observe for and report any abnormal health related findings to the physician
• Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, medical suppliers, and the Interdisciplinary Team
• Advocate for the people supported and assist with developing community supports to promote optimal health for the people supported
