Job summary

00 RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for weekend nights in Pipersville, PA. This part-time, onsite role supports behavioral health clients in a group home setting.

The successful candidate will have an LPN license, experience with behavioral health, and a commitment to confidentiality and quality care. Schedule is every other Saturday and Sunday, 12am–8am, with a pay rate of $31.50/hr.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited licensed nurse program.
• Current LPN license with no restrictions to practice nursing.
• Two years' experience working with Behavioral Health Clients preferred.
• Strong knowledge of confidentiality regulations and patient rights.

Responsibilities

• Reports client's social, psychological and physical behavior as indicated.
• Implements and ensures compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensures compliance with confidentiality laws and HIPAA; attends relevant meetings.
• Uses state guidelines and QA plans to ensure compliant operations.
• Provides professional nursing care, assessments, and treatment at the facility.
• Oversees medication administration and nursing interventions as needed.
• Leads staff meetings and assists in staff training and problem resolution.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Director.
