Qualifications

• Active State Licensure as an LPN or equivalent required.
• Spinal Cord / Brain Injury experience is strongly preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience for chronically or catastrophically ill or injured individuals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care under RN oversight.
• Perform nursing assessments and coordinate timely interventions.
• Assist with medication management, treatment refusals, and behavioral strategies.
• Support clients to achieve treatment goals and accompany to medical appointments if needed.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team decision-making and care planning.
• Communicate medical and nursing information to physicians and team members.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to licensure standards.
