Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our adult neurorehabilitation team in Johns Creek, GA. This part-time overnight position (7pm-7am) offers 36 hours per week and a chance to contribute to evidence-based nursing care under RN oversight.

You will perform assessments, administer treatments, and participate in interdisciplinary care planning to support physical, psychosocial, and functional recovery.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Experience in spinal cord/brain injury rehab preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe nursing care under RN supervision.
• Perform nursing assessments and coordinate care.
• Support patients with medication management and therapies.
• Document progress notes and care plans promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve treatment goals.
• Educate patients and families on health plans and discharge routines.
