Job summary

Learning Services, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner, seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for adult neurorehabilitation. The role provides hands-on nursing care under RN supervision, with a focus on preventative and rehabilitative care for adults with brain injuries.

You will perform assessments, support medication management, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote wellness, safety, and functional recovery. Valid licensure and a driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Active State Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Spinal Cord/Brain Injury experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe nursing care under RN direction.
• Perform nursing assessments and timely interventions.
• Assist with medication management and care plans.
• Educate clients and families and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document care accurately in the medical records.
