Job summary

Village Park is seeking a Weekend LPN Lead to act as a liaison between residents, families, and staff in Alpharetta, GA. The role focuses on weekend scheduling, coordinating care, and supervising the medication room to ensure safe, high-quality care.

The ideal candidate is a Georgia-licensed LPN with CPR/first aid certification, able to manage staff and follow community rules while delivering compassionate service to residents during weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be an LPN with a current Georgia license and in good standing.
• Must have an acceptable criminal background record check.
• Must keep a current certification in emergency first aid and CPR.
• Must have a clear tuberculosis screening upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure policies and procedures support resident health and safety.
• Handle weekend scheduling and fill in for personnel as needed.
• Oversee medication administration and care in the community.
• Investigate incidents and report to Wellness Director/Administrator.
• Coordinate care planning with families, physicians, and home health agencies on weekends.
