Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN nursing program.
• Valid LPN/LVN license in the state employed.
• Valid CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Document residents' conditions and nursing needs.
• Implement physicians' orders accurately and promptly.
• Assign nursing care to team members per residents' needs and capabilities.
• Supervise and evaluate junior staff and CNAs.
• Administer medications and treatments and document per regulations.
• Participate in orientation and in-service training.
• Maintain inventory and ensure equipment is clean and safe.
