Arbors at Fairlawn is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to coordinate and provide nursing care for residents and supervise clinical staff. Starting wages range from $31.50 to $40.50 per hour, with compensation based on experience, shift, and a weekend program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN/LVN nursing program.
• Valid LPN/LVN license in Ohio.
• One year nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise clinical staff and CNAs.

Responsibilities

• Document residents' condition and nursing needs.
• Accurately and promptly implement physicians' orders.
• Assign nursing care to team members per resident needs and capabilities.
• Supervise, direct, and evaluate junior staff and CNAs.
• Administer medications and treatments and document as required by regulations.
• Coordinate nursing care when residents are scheduled for therapy or procedures.
