Job summary

Riverside Community Care in Upton, MA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for weekend 3rd shift in the Behavioral Health Services division. The Community Crisis Stabilization program serves up to six individuals and offers a supportive, multi-disciplinary team.

The LPN will assist the nurse manager with physician orders, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide guidance and direct supports to help consumers maintain health and progress toward independent living.

Qualifications

• LPN required.
• Minimum of one year experience in the mental health field required.

Responsibilities
