Job summary

Riverside Community Care in Upton, MA seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for overnight, part-time duties in a community crisis stabilization program. The role includes medication administration, vitals monitoring, and supporting the nurse manager with physician orders.

The position requires an LPN license and at least one year in mental health. Schedule is 16 hours, Saturday-Sunday, 11pm-7am, with a pay rate of $39.07/hour plus a $3 overnight differential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the nurse manager with filling physician orders, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs.
• Provide guidance, education, supervision and direct supports to help consumers maintain health and develop skills for independent living.
• Occasional in-home visits to assess needs of people served.
