Job summary

Riverside Community Care in Upton, MA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the Behavioral Health Services Division to support the Community Crisis Stabilization program. The role involves assisting the nurse manager, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs to promote safe, community-based care.

The LPN will work Sunday 1st shift (7am–3pm) with potential for additional shifts and weekend differentials.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in MA
• Experience in clinical nursing and medication administration preferred
• Ability to monitor vital signs and document findings

Responsibilities

• Assist nurse manager with physician orders
• Administer medications as ordered
• Monitor vital signs and adjust care as needed
• Provide guidance, education, supervision and supports to consumers to promote health and independence
• Occasional in-home visits to assess needs
