Job summary

Riverside Community Care in Upton, MA seeks aLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for weekend, 3rd shift coverage in our Behavioral Health Services Division. The role supports a small Community Crisis Stabilization program and an acute care residence.

You will assist with physician orders, administer medications, and monitor vital signs, while guiding and supervising clients to maintain health and progress toward independent living. Occasional home visits may be required as part of assessments.

Qualifications

• Active MA LPN license.
• Experience in behavioral health or crisis stabilization is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist nurse manager with filling physician orders.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs of people served.
• Provide guidance, education, supervision and direct supports to help individuals maintain health and move toward independent living.
• Occasionally visit people served in their homes to assess needs.
