The Carolina Inn in Fayetteville, NC seeks a full-time CNA to provide attentive daily care to residents on a steady weekday schedule. You will work alongside a licensed nurse, monitor residents, document care, and support individualized plans.

This role offers a predictable 7:00am–3:00pm shift, comprehensive benefits, and a community known for its 25-year standard of care. Active NC CNA certification on the Nurse Aide Registry is required; weekend work is not required, and new grads are welcome

Qualifications

• Active NC CNA certification — must be on the NC Nurse Aide Registry (required)
• Availability for full-time weekday day shifts
• Dependable attendance and a team-first attitude
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities for our residents
• Work alongside a licensed nurse on your floor every shift
• Monitor residents and communicate changes to nursing staff
• Document care accurately and support individualized care plans
• Help maintain the safe, welcoming environment our residents rely on
