• Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record new data.
• Take vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.
• Follow instructions from and report updates to the supervising RN or physician.

Location: River Crossing Rehab & Healthcare Center, St. Louis, MO

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team and provide high-quality resident care.
