Job summary

River Crossing Rehab & Healthcare Center in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team and provide high-quality resident care in a skilled nursing environment. Work with an active, dedicated team and make a meaningful impact on daily living for residents.

New graduates welcome. Pay rate is $37-$38/hr with flexible shifts (8-hour and 16-hour options). Comprehensive benefits package, PTO, and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri LPN license

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care supporting residents in activities of daily living
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage for emotional and mental well-being
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record new data
• Take vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.
• Follow instructions from and report updates to the supervising RN or physician
