Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field.
• State or national licensure for professional therapy providers required.
• Two or more years’ experience as a therapist with population experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply psychotherapeutic techniques to individuals and families.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and discharge planning.
• Lead individual, group or family sessions per treatment plan.
• Prepare initial treatment plans and coordinate services.
• Maintain therapy documentation per standards and caseload.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and collaborate with staff.
