Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field and knowledge of mental health, AODA, and ethics.
• Must hold Wisconsin licensure as an advanced practice social worker or LPC in training.
• Ability to establish working relationships with clients, families and community resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional counseling services to Opportunity for Hope Clinic patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that meet the needs of each client.
• Build strong relationships with patients.
• Provide a safe, supportive environment for patients to express their feelings and concerns.
• Consult with other Mental Health team staff and respond to emergency situations if deemed appropriate in a client plan.
