Job summary

Shorewood Behavioral Health in Madison, WI is seeking a qualified clinician to assess, diagnose and provide clinical services for behavioral health disorders. You will apply psychotherapeutic techniques and conduct psychosocial assessments to support treatment plans and discharge planning.

The role may involve inpatient or outpatient services, with a caseload and participation in a treatment team. Weekend rotation is required plus professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Human Services field.
• One or more years’ experience working with comparable patient population.

Responsibilities

• Apply psychotherapy techniques in delivering services to individuals and families.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop discharge plans.
• Provide individual, group or family therapy as per treatment plan.
• Maintain treatment planning and document therapy services per standards.
• Manage an assigned caseload and participate in treatment team meetings.
• Collaborate with staff to coordinate services; may work inpatient or outpatient.
