Job summary

Advance Clinical Services, LLC is seeking licensed mental health professionals to provide clinical services in Wisconsin. You will manage calendars, see clients, document progress notes, schedule follow-ups, and discharge clients as appropriate.

The role requires active Wisconsin licensure (LPC-IT/APSW/LPC/LCSW) and a Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling, with experience in trauma-informed care. Telehealth and in-person options are available, including credentialing with Optum and UHC.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin LPC-IT, APSW, LPC, or LCSW credential — required.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Experience or interest in trauma-informed care and co-occurring disorders.
• AODA background or interest strongly preferred.
• Ability to credential with Optum and UHC.
• Professional, punctual, and client-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain calendar availability across staff-facing, client-facing, and Google Room Calendar.
• See clients, write progress notes, schedule future appointments, and discharge clients.
• Charge no-show and late cancellation fees when clients reach out directly.
• Meet weekly with site Clinical Supervisor.
• Maintain licensure and ongoing continuing education.
