Job summary

Oneandall in San Dimas is seeking a part-time Production Technician to support the Production Manager by preparing, operating, and maintaining audio, video, lighting, and broadcast systems for services and events.

The role also trains and cares for Production Serve Team Members while upholding ministry vision and standards of excellence. Weekend availability is required within a 20-hour work week.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in live production (audio, video, lighting, or broadcast) in a church or live event environment.
• Demonstrated ability or experience in leading, coaching, or supporting volunteers preferred.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with standard production hardware/software.
• Ability to work flexibly across weekday office hours and weekend service schedules.

Responsibilities

• Production Support: Assist with planning, setup, operation, and teardown of audio, video, lighting, and broadcast systems for services and events.
• Technical Care: Troubleshoot issues, maintain equipment, prepare production spaces, and support system improvements.
• Team Development: Help recruit, onboard, train, and coach Production Serve Team Members toward competency and ownership.
• Team Culture & Care: Build meaningful relationships, support volunteer scheduling and communication, and model spiritual leadership.
• Ministry Collaboration: Work with the Production Manager and campus ministries to execute ONE&ALL’s production standards and ministry vision.
• Communication & Growth: Communicate technical and team needs, attend assigned meetings, develop technical skills, and support church-wide events when requested.
