The Line Mechanic C at Church & Dwight Co., Inc. in Lakewood, NJ, works Saturdays and Sundays with two additional weekday shifts. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing packaging machinery, minimizing downtime and ensuring safe operation in a GMP environment.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or technical certifications plus 2 years packaging line experience or equivalent, strong tool and PLC knowledge, and the ability to train operators on packaging equipment.

Formación

• Change over, maintain, and repair packaging machinery within required timeframes.
• Train and develop Operators, Line Technicians and Line Leaders on packaging equipment.
• Run effectively on at least 2 packaging lines with minimal retraining.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot faults to minimize downtime.
• Document work orders and changes in SAP with proper follow-up.
• Adhere to GMP, JSA and SOPs; wear PPE and follow safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain line logs daily.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Collaborate with Production Supervisor on line set-ups and training.
