Bellingham at West Chester is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, schedule, and coordinate activities for residents, enhancing their physical, mental, and social well-being. The role supports a variety of programs and calendars to engage residents daily.

The position is full-time, with Sundays through Thursdays shifts, offering benefits and opportunities within a community-focused environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Six months experience working with seniors in activities/life enrichment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate resident activities and events monthly.
• Promote a healthy community culture for residents and staff.
• Provide educational opportunities on health and wellness for residents and staff.
• Lead daily resident activities per Community standards.
• Prepare and distribute monthly calendars.
• Plan diverse programs for a varied resident population, including memory care needs.

Conocimientos

Experience with seniors in activities

Educación

High school diploma or GED
