Job summary

Loomis Communities Inc. is seeking a part-time Resident Engagement role (15hrs/wk) Thursday through Saturday in Massachusetts. You will design and lead wellness activities, foster social connections, and support residents in pursuing hobbies.

As a key team member, you will ensure inclusive programming, assist with planning, and help create joyful, meaningful experiences for residents in independent and assisted living settings.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience coordinating adult wellness or recreational programs preferred.
• Must hold a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Loomis Communities' mission and comply with confidentiality, safety, infection control and CARF/CCAC guidelines.
• Respect diversity and interact appropriately with residents, families, staff and stakeholders.
• Assist Resident Engagement Coordinators in developing and implementing quality programs for Independent Living and Assisted Living.
• Follow calendar of activities, prepare for and lead daily programs, and document attendance.
• Invite and transport residents to activities; may drive transport vehicles for off-site programming.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of program spaces; decorate for holidays and events.
• Respect individuality and adapt activities to ensure participation for residents of all abilities.
